- Units are small and efficient (typically 2–4 hours)
- Opportunity for multiple units per day
🧹 What You’ll Be Doing
- Full turnover cleaning between tenants
- Kitchen, bathroom, floors, dusting, trash removal
- Getting units ready for the next move-in
✅ Requirements
- Must be an independent contractor (1099)
- Must have your own cleaning supplies + equipment
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be detail-oriented and dependable
- Must be able to follow a checklist and take photos after cleaning
